1. Eligibility

This offer is available to new property owners who sign a management agreement with The Stay Hub during October 2024 for at least six months. The property has to go live on all platforms within 60 days from the signed agreement date.

2. Activation of Offer

The 50% off your first month's free management fees will be applied to bookings with check-ins and check-outs within your first month under our management following the property being listed on our platforms.

3. Cancellation Clause

 Suppose the property owner terminates the contract within the first 12 months of the property being listed or within the agreed-upon term. In that case, the management fee for the first month will be retrospectively charged.

 

4. Non-Transferability

This non-transferable offer only applies to the property owner who originally signed the management agreement.

5. Exclusivity

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

 

6. Payment Terms

Any fees or charges incurred due to cancellation within the stipulated period must be settled in full within 30 days of the termination notice.

 

7. Compliance

All bookings and property management activities must comply with The Stay Hub’s standard terms and conditions and applicable local regulations.

8. Amendments

The Stay Hub reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer without prior notice.

 

9. Liability

The Stay Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the property owner’s participation in this offer.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to this offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Auckland.

 

11. Acceptance

Property owners agree to be bound by these terms and conditions bywhen participating in this offer.
