Brad, the property owner, has two beautiful inner-Auckland homes, one in Westmere and one in Freemans Bay. He left Stayhub to try another manager based on promises of higher returns. He came back when he realised the results weren’t as good, and his visibility and support was significantly less. Both properties now command nightly rates above $690 with strong year-round occupancy, and combined, they’ve generated more than half a million dollars in guest revenue under our care.
