What happens if a guest messages at 2:00 AM?

Our automated systems will handle any logistical needs (like resending a Wi-Fi code or check-in link). If it is a complex inquiry requiring a human response, our team will address it first thing at 8:00 AM. We find this balance provides the speed guests need without sacrificing the quality of human interaction.

Do guests know they are talking to a management company?

We represent your home with a professional yet friendly brand voice. We introduce ourselves as Stayhub team, your local hosts. This sets a professional tone that encourages guests to respect the property while knowing they have expert support nearby.

How do you handle negative feedback in messages?

We act as your buffer. If a guest expresses dissatisfaction during their stay, our team is trained in de-escalation. We address the issue immediately during our service hours to resolve it before it becomes a negative public review.
